What a beautiful young lady you are becoming. Just by looking at you I could never know the darkness that clouds your young mind. I don’t realize the wounds that others have caused by careless hurtful words spoken to you in anger or just out of their own insecurities. I truly can’t comprehend the pressure you feel when you can’t seem to measure up to everyone in your peer group. I can see the pain in your eyes as I look a little closer. I pray that God can let me be a light in your life through all the darkness. I will love you through your pain and struggles. I will be shoulder you can cry on I will be the hands that hold you when you are hurting. I will be the heart of forgiveness when you fall short and the burdens are so overwhelming that it clouds your judgment. I will believe in you when the world says no way, you will always have my support. When your life seems so dark to you I will be there holding out my hand and calling your name to help you find your way. I thank God that he gave you to me. I pray that I can be the brightest light for Christ in your life. Lord, thank you for allowing me to be her mom.

Nice thoughts and, except for a missed word and missing punctuation, it is a good read.
