My writing to improve
This time your topic stumped me
My mind, just wouldn’t move
In front of my computer
I sit - I think - I stare
Knowing that I don’t have long
Does cause me some despair
I asked myself a question
Why do I struggle so
Lord, if I am meant to write
Should not the words just flow
Still I persist on sitting
I write and then erase
Finding very often though
I’m starring off in space
Time just keeps on passing by
And nothing’s coming through
Then to God I said this prayer
Please - Lord, my mind renew
I heard His voice so sweetly
He whispered in my ear
I’m glad you called upon My Name
My light will guide you dear
These words just started flowing
While in God’s Grace I set
I’m finished with my poem now
Another dead-line met

I love it! It's a cute refreshing challenge entry and a poem at that. VERY
GOOD.
You did very well with the rhthmn and rhyme pattern.
Punctuate your sentences just as if you were writing paragraphs.(question marks, commas, periods, etc.)
Also, it's "staring", but that could easily be a typo.
You showed a writer's dilemma very well.
Thank you for writing this.
