In the spring, God paints the desert,
His brush holds a golden hue;
Among the rocks and thorny briars,
Are beautiful flowers for all to view!
This is one of God’s special gifts,
When the winter cool is done;
A very special kind of beauty,
Before the heat of summer sun!
When all His flowers disappear,
And they seem forever gone;
But when another spring arrives,
They are right where they belong!
Another of our God’s miracles-
The power of a perfect seed!
How could we humans doubt
That He’ll meet our every need?
