Ms. Blue followed Nurse White into the examination room. “How are things going with you today?” Nurse White asked as she opened Page’s file.
She stated to answer and was interrupted with an in coming thermometer being stuck into her mouth.
“Hum,” Nurse White said and wrote some figures down on the chart. After checking all other vital signs, Nurse White said, "Dr. Steward will be in shortly."
Thank you.” Page said swinging her foot back and forth and tapping her fingers on the examining table.
The lock of the door turned and Dr. Steward entered. He smiled and extended his hand with a warm gesture of friendliness.
Well, Page,” He said viewing her chart. Compared to last year your green counts were down, due to insufficient funds. “How are you feeling today?”
“Better,” She replied. Dr. Steward noticed her color was greener. “Yes I can see an improved complextion.” “Good.”
Then he listened to her heart as it pumped, “Give, give, give…” Good steady strong beat.”
Dr. Steward completed the check up and wrote a few notations in her file.
“I believe you are doing better in exercising in giving...”
Page had been working out more to build up a stronger heart tone and to be able to pump out more for missions. Her muscles were leaner and tighter, due to eating proper accounts and staying with in her budget of income calories.
Dr. Steward said, “Continue to exercise, stay out of debt and I’ll see you next year.”
Page smiled to herself while leaving, and thinking, “It’s been a good fisical year of giving unto the Lord.”
