Each post of this story is breif. The reason for that is because I dont want to overextend myself.
If there is anything that you think should be described in greater detail please let me know what you think would be interesting to know more about.
If anyone find any problems with tenses, I would like to know that too.
Thanks and God bless
All the gifts had been opened. All the gifts except for uncle Steve’s. Tommy didn’t want to open Uncle Steve’s gift. Something inside of him told him to get as far away from it as possible. Uncle Steve’s gift sat unopened on the coffee table.
“Why don’t you open Uncle Steve’s gift?” Tommy’s father suggested. He felt the weight of everyone staring at him. Tiffany could hardly contain her excitement. Tommy wanted the moment to go away. Ceremony required him to open the gift in front of everybody, so he resigned himself.
He carefully opened the package that contained Uncle Steve’s gift. What he saw when he opened it was something Tommy had never seen before. The thing was made of hardwood. It had the tail of a lion. It had claws like a bear. It had wings like a falcon and the head of a baboon. The whole thing was only a foot high.
Tommy held the object in his hands and gazed into it’s face. It looked as if it were insane. Tommy felt chills go down his spine.
