They drift along, like a heartfelt song, fresh as the morning breeze.
Day and night they travel.
Morning turns to dusk.
I have sent all that I have learned in life in a bottle for someone.
Onto the sand, my bottle will land, brought by the crashing tide.
There it will lay, until the day, there comes a passer by.
The bottle then is opened.
The words are read with care.
All that I could share with the world was sent by sea with pride.
In each word, there can be heard, the message from within my soul.
Read with care, and you will find there, the emotions from my life.
Gentle as the breeze blows.
Soft as candle light.
To reach out and touch another’s life, is my heartfelt goal.
So I pray, for the day, you hear your own life call.
Then without plan, you sit pen in hand, and write from deep inside your heart.
The pen moves like magic.
Your thoughts fill up each page.
Then in a bottle, sealed up tight, into the water they fall.
Off they go, pure as snow, driven by the sun.
In the sea they splash, until they crash, onto a windswept shore.
Your bottle sits in waiting.
Someday somebody comes.
All that you have felt in life, is now felt by another one.
