Annie was a young girl who had just lost her dog named Betty. Betty was her life. She loved to cuddle up with her when she was sad or lonely. She loved to go on walks, where she could have time to talked to God. But one day on there walk together Betty took off on a run but never returned to Annie. Annie went home crying to mom.
She could not understand why someone would take her pet. Mom told her to put out sign and to pray that God would help bring her home. The next day Annie went out into the neighborhood and put out as many signs as she could. She asked owners and people around if they had seen her. But their was no good news. Annie did as her mother told her to. She began to pray! She prayed hard and every morning she would look out the front door in hopes that Betty would be there.
Still no luck had come her way. She missed Betty a lot. Betty was the one person/pet that she could tell everything to. It broke her heart that she was gone. Her mother could see how sad she was. This bothered her mother greatly! So, she asked Annie if she would like to get another dog until Betty came home. Annie wasn't to sure about this thought but decided she would be better off having someone to love.
The next day Annie and her mother went off to adopt another dog. They went to several different shelters and couldn't find one she liked. Then they went to the local pet store and they were adopting several pets that day. When they entered the pet store and went by to see there pets for adoption. Annie caught her eye on one that she just loved. It was a lab that had his eye that looked like a patch. She named it Patch. They got some dog food, lease and colar for it. They started off back to the house when they left the pet store.
Annie was so exceited to have a new pet even though deep inside she missed Betty very much. Her heart longed to have Betty back. They got to the house and got Patch inside. That night she went to bed and prayed hard. She was grateful to have Patch but desired to have Betty. As she started to go to sleep she heard her mother knock on her door. She came in with great exceitment and told Annie that they heard Betty bark at the door. She was so glad to see Betty and now she had two dogs to love!
Isn't it funny how God works in our lives sometimes when we think all is lost. God sometimes like to play jokes on us when it not his timming for things to work out. Then again it can be his plan totally. We just never know what exactly it is. Sometimes like Annie we are doubly blessed in the end. Our faith is challenged to see how much we can handle!

This is a really sweet article and I enjoyed it. However, it has quite a few grammar errors. If you really want to sell it try to get it as perfect as possible. I know you posted this a while back , but maybe now would be a good time to perfect it. You've grown quite a bit as a writer over time. You should be proud of yourself. I noticed you had a difficult time choosing the right there, they're, their. A good way to remember is There has here in it try replacing it with here and see if it makes some sense. Their has heir in it. If you're an heir you receive something that someone gives to you which makes it possessive Last they're is a combo of they are just substitute these hints and see if it makes sense. Keep writing, you have many wonderful stories that only you can tell.
