I am married, have four children and live in the UK. I spent most of my childhood being artistic and in recent years have discovered that I love creative writing too.
Since leaving my childhood home, I have experienced many life changing moments which have moulded me into who I am today. A 'good' one was coming to a true place of faith and furthering my relationship with God.
I stumbled upon Faithwriters, late one evening a few years ago. I began the process of submitting work in view of public which was exciting, liberating, and I loved reading other FW's work.
One of my desires for the future is to see the unsaved have life-changing experiences and meet with God. I am not bold enough to verbally evangelise; for me, the written word suits my character more comfortably and perhaps has a broader outreach. I can quietly write and people can decide whether they want to read it or not. It is not always easy to be open about the Christian faith; sometimes, all that is shared is the process of going to church! Many people don't want to be preached at... but perhaps they might read of God's love and forgiveness.
I hope you enjoy reading, and welcome any messages.
In addition to Faithwriters, I have my own blog: www.bog-blog.xtn.co
Perhaps you might like to drop by sometime?
Thank you x
