My writing is simplistic and comes from the heart to encourage, inspire and share Hope. I also like to write so that I can share the wisdom I have attained through life experiences, lessons learned, education and my Christian faith. Life is simply a developmental process. Our character is formed from our mistakes, our trials, our tests, our faith, and our lives. Funny, I have been a freelance writer for some time and just realized it. After being awakened by the Spirit of the Lord 13 years ago I was inspired to begin articulating what I have learned and what I am learning so that my life can inspire and enhance the lives of others. What good is it to hold everything we have learned and everything we love to ourselves. We are to give it away and share it with others; hence; my writing which started many years ago. I have a passion for people. My desire is to understand the mind and care for the soul. I have increased interests in Psychology, Philosophy and Geronotology among others. I am a member of the AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors), a licensed Non-Denominational Minister, and an advocate for seniors living with memory impairments (Dementia, Alheizmer's Disease and Age related memory loss). "Dont forget them just because they cant remember you"! My other passion is cooking, experimenting with new recipes, critiquing food and restaurants and always ready to try something new on the menu. I am a winning recipe contributor in the 2009 Healthy College Cookbook and also auditioned for The Next Food Network Star in 2008. Thanks for stopping by my page.
