My Worship Never Ceases!

My worship never ceases because of my circumstances,
He is the Sovereign God.

My worship never ceases because of my environment,
He is Jehovah Shammah.

My worship never ceases because of my situation,
The Lord is my Shepard, I shall not want.

My worship never ceases because of the storm,
He is Jehovah Shalom.

You see worship is not about who I am at all,
But about who He is indeed,
He never changes,
So my worship never ceases.
If I never see the outcome I desire,
His name is still faithful.
If I never reach my goals or fulfill my plans,
He’s still worthy.
If I never obtain great riches or wealth,
He’s still Jehovah Jireh.

You see when I focus on my expected end
And not his perfect will,
I will always be disenchanted ,
Because His ways and thoughts,
Are higher than what I can imagine or think.

This simply means that worship is not an event,
But my way of life.
It is my very breath, my soul, my substance.
For he is El Shaddai,
The God who is "My" sufficiency.
