This to me is an emotion. I live with many as you may have read in some of my writing. It is about regret
Thoughts Or An Emotion

Are they just thoughts in our minds
Is it an emotion felt in the heart
Some in the mind occasionally are comical
Yet in the heart it is a pain felt through the body and soul also
Still I wonder is it just thoughts or an emotion
No matter which we still wish they hadn’t happened
Does it depend on the person
Does it depend on the amount of pain felt after
Decisions made that affect our lives
Some over come all these decisions
Are they without conscious
Some over come a certain few
Are they in denial
Some dwell on all no matter the severity of what transpired
Are they pathetic and weak
These decisions can never be reversed
Regrets are decisions that remain in
Our past, in our minds and
In our hearts forever
