 SEND ARTICLE TO A FRIEND
There is a race that must be run,
not only for the prize.
but seeking souls and seeing them
through God’s own loving eyes.

Each step is guided by our God
Whose reasons we can’t know,
but when he leads us to the path,
then surely we must go.

Day by day the race goes on,
sometimes at torrid pace.
But we can finally reach our goal
if we but seek God’s face.

God’s loving hand will show the way,
though oft it seems so far.
But if we really pace ourselves,
he’ll meet us where we are.

Life is the race that must be run,
though times we seem to plod.
The race best run would be the race
run at the speed of God.
