God put this on my heart to encourage others who experience loss or difficulty in their lives.
In every life
some rain must fall.
There’s no escape,
it touches all.

To build our faith
God uses rain.
It’s for our good
that there is pain.

When my rain came
it flooded me.
It poured so hard
I could not see.

My faith held fast
throughout the gale.
God gave me strength
He did not fail.

When my rain came
my God was there.
He held me tight
with loving care.

Do you have faith
to face your rain?
It’s sure to come,
there will be pain.

Do you have God
to help you cope?
To hold you tight
and give you hope?

In every life
some rain must fall.
There’s no escape,
it touches all.
