3) Read guidelines and critique another writer and earn 1 credit to post another 1,000 word or less piece.

The heart of a poet
For which I know it
Perceives what is written, a tale
That words put to ink
Would cause some to think
Is the hope through which we prevail

Now, each written line
While not oft divine
Adds life to the story we tell
And while some may miss it
There’s truth should you wish it
Awaiting sin’s lies to dispel

To see what’s before
May take a bit more
Than reading what lies on the page
A heart that is seeking
Will know whence I’m speaking
Gathering to heart words found sage
