ARMY OF THE LORD:

In my prayer time today the Lord talked about His people as His Army of Believers. He used illustrations of a natural army to show me what He was talking about in the spiritual concerning His Church. He said, “In a regular army, you have the drill sergeant to come and rouse the soldiers out of sleep early in the morning. Reveille is sounded---the alarm is sounded. The soldier’s are called to wake up and get up and prepare themselves for the call of the day and the time.”

He said, “What happens if reveille isn’t sounded, if the alarm isn’t sounded and the drill sergeant doesn’t come to wake up the soldiers? They continue to sleep on. They continue to slumber.” He said, “This is the way much of His Church is, they’re slumbering. They’re sleeping when He is trying to get His drill sergeants--His prophets, apostles and all pastors and leaders to sound the trumpet. To sound the alarm, to sound reveille, as it were, to wake up His slumbering Army.”

The Lord said, “Much of My Army is ‘at ease’ because the drill sergeants, My officers and leaders aren’t sounding the alarm to wake up the people and have them get into their war gear (armor of God) and get prepared for the battle ahead.” He said, “The battle is intensifying. Spiritual warfare is intensifying. It’s not slacking off but rather, it’s intensifying and My people are not prepared to meet the demand of warfare.”

Thus, the Lord is calling us to come into His secret place. He’s calling us to come up higher to the mountain of the Lord in order to receive new marching orders, as it were (Col.3:1-4). To be equipped with new strategies and battle plans that come straight from the throne of God because we’re going into higher level warfare and last years anointing won’t do the job. We need to tarry and be empowered with a fresh anointing that only comes from the presence of God.” He said to me and He‘s saying to others, “Sound the alarm because My people need to be called to arms.”

Its been in my spirit for quite a while that 2004 us going to be such a strategic year for the church. I’ve been disturbed in my spirit at hearing many ‘words’ come forth that are more or less saying, ‘peace, peace’ when there is no peace. We have peace in our hearts through Jesus Christ, yes, but peace in the world? No. There’ll be no real peace until Jesus comes back to set things right. The Lord said, “Many words of this kind have the tendency to put My people ‘at ease’ instead of calling them to arms.”

PROPHESYING PEACE:

The Lord talked about some of His prophets who were prophesying “peace” when there is no peace. He said, “Some of them act like they’re on a Sunday School picnic, when nothing is further from the truth. We’re not in “picnic” time. We are in war time.” He said, “Things were not going to get better in the world but rather, things were going to get worse.” (we know this is so because we’re nearing the end of the age and the second coming of Jesus).

Because of these prophets who prophesy “peace” as it were, the Lord said, “They have more or less said to His people much like an officer in the service would tell a soldier to ‘be at ease.’ Telling people they can be at ease, be comfortable, don’t concern yourselves with anything that’s going on in the world. That is, anything that will make you uncomfortable because God will make sure you‘re not disturbed. He won’t cause you to be uncomfortable by opening yourselves up to people to give more of yourself. He won’t have you go and do something you don’t want to do such as witness to the lost. Just relax, be blessed. Be at ease-----be at peace.” He said, “It’s My pleasure to bless My children and to lavish My love on them, and I AM their Peace, but it’s not a time to be at ease in Zion.”

WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION:

The Lord said, “satan is extremely busy right no. He’s working diligently to formulate weapons of mass destruction to destroy the world and its people. He’s packing them away. He’s got them in hiding. They’re in storage but I promised in My Word that no weapon formed against you would prosper.” The Lord quickened Psam 91 to me to say that we find our safety in abiding in Him. Abiding in the secret place of the most high God, because He is our strong tower of safety that we can run into to be safe.

We can’t run wild out from under God’s authority to do things our own way and still expect to be protected. We must abide under the shadow of the almighty and remain there in trust and obedience. Besides, whatever plans the devil has, God has even bigger plans to cancel them out and bring victory to His people. Praise the name of the Lord!

He said, “Some of the weapons the devil has formulated are going to be fired, particularly in the Middle East and in the United States. (He did not say when or where). But He said, “As long as we abide in Him and in His word in trust and obedience, we would be protected.” He didn’t say we wouldn’t experience the effects of such a thing should it happen in our lifetime but that we would receive His protection. (He reminded me of how He protected David in such a manner when he ran from Saul).

The Lord said, “There is no weapon of destruction the devil can cause men to create that is more powerful than the brightness of My glory.” He said, “It’s the brightness of My glory that is going to destroy his works.” Being children of God, we are carriers of His glory in the earth. As His people, His Army, His prophetic prayer warriors----Word and faith warrior’s---warriors in every sense of the word, we are a weapon (equipped with every spiritual blessing) in God’s hand to be used against the enemy‘s evil plots in the earth. The battle is the Lord’s but we have our part to do also as co-labors with Christ.

God said that in 2004 He was going to raise up “Prophetic Prayer Forces.” “The Kingdom of God suffers violence but the violent take it by force.” We, as God’s people, are a force in the earth for the Kingdom of God against the kingdom of darkness. We’re carriers of His glory (we have this treasure in earthen vessels) and the light, the brightness of Jesus, Who is the Light of the world abides in each believer (1 John 2:20,27).

We are children of THE Light. The more believers you have together, the more light you have. The more Believers you have come together the more glory you have and thus, you have a greater force of the light of the glory of God to drive out the darkness.

One of the greatest weapons of mass destruction toward the devil that God has will be these end time “Prophetic Prayer Forces” who are militant and on a mission that’s issued from the very throne of God. They will be coming together in praise, worship, intercessory prayer and spiritual warfare and destroying enemy plans by the brightness of His glory that’s resident in each earthen vessel. But like the Lord said, So many of His people are asleep and the alarm is not being sounded to call them to “awake and rise O sleeper!”

The Lord said, “He’s calling for His people this year 2004, to get prepared, to get geared up and to get into our assigned places in His Kingdom. To get into our stations where He’s called us and be ready to receive instructions for what we’re to do, how we’re to do it and when we’re to do it.” After all, He’s the Commander and Chief of the ‘War Room.’

JESUS, THE WARRIOR:
=======================
Yesterday in church while we were in worship, in the spirit, I saw Jesus again sitting on a white horse. He looked the way John described Him in the book of Revelation. He was in war clothes, eyes flashing fire and a sword was in His hand. He was and is the mighty Warrior.

God wants His people to begin making a shift in how they see Him. His people need to get a new vision of Jesus as the Warrior. He’s already come the first time as the Lamb of God but when He arose from the dead, He didn’t rise as the Lamb. The Lamb had now revealed the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. He was still the Lamb who was slain but He was the warrior now and that’s how He will come back to this earth the second time. We’re never to forget that it was because the Lamb was slain and shed His blood and our sins were atoned for. We’re to see Him as the risen Christ. We’re to see that He is the Lamb of God AND the mighty Warrior---the Lion of Judah.

He said, “In seeing the vision of Him as the Warrior, it was not only a call to get a new vision of who He is but also it was a call for His people to gear up, as it were, and become the warrior’s He’s called us to be. Especially now because we’re in very strategic times. He said, “We’re in perilous times and it is a call for us to come up into our calling as Warriors. It was to alert the Church that Jesus, the Warrior is coming back to this earth the second time very soon.
