Let me start out by saying that the general population and most elective officials treat the US Constitution with contempt, just as they do with the Word of God. People say, “It can't mean that,” or “That was back then, today it’s different.”
The nation and most of its people have lost the vision of the founding fathers and for those who died to set themselves free from a tyrant government.
Today, in the United States, each branch of the Federal Government, Executive, Legislative and Judicial believe in their sole supremacy of power to rule in violation of the US Constitution. And the Departments of the Executive Branch use ungodly powers against the people.
The people have become the subjects and not the Consent as we will do whatever the governments tells us to do without questioning that government.
It has, again, become necessary for one People to dissolve the Political Bands, which have connected them with another. It has been self-evident, for some, that We The People are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness. Yet, dare we mention the name of God in any governmental controlled school function?
The government has altered fundamentally the Form of our government to be a Democratic instead of a Republic in direct violation of the Constitution,
“The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.”
Article 4 Section 4 US Constitution
"A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse (generous gifts) from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, (which is) always followed by a dictatorship.

The American people are in the state of “dependence” and will soon embark on the threshold of “bondage.” Back to bondage to where we came from—King George and England—the very reason for the American Revolution—and the very reason why the Israel wanted to go back to Pharaoh—BONDAGE.
The question presented to us is, “Can we as a people break this sequence that history repeatedly recalls?” For us to change history, and this country, we would have to vote out every member of Congress and replace them with Constitutional thinkers. Then again, to accomplish this awesome feat, every American would have to change its view of the Constitution and adhere to the Founding Fathers beliefs. And this may be doubtful to happen because as Alexander Tyler said,
“The majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury.”
The general population can care less of Constitutional Congressmen—just give us things and take care of us. However, We The People can start city-by-city and state-by-state take back our beloved and free nation.
During the past 2008 Presidential Election, some people were crying out to the politicians, “Tell us what to do” -- “What will you do for us” – “Make our life easy” – “Bail us our of our Home Crisis”—“Give us Change,” as the people have forgotten the echoes of the past,
“Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country,” President John F. Kennedy—1961
To sum up the cries of the 2008 Presidential Election—“Please put us into Bondage.” That is 100% government control of everything.
The politic of the left (Democrats) wants to “help” men live moral lives. The politic of the right (Republicans) wants to “make” men live moral lives. Where is the politic that wants to “let” men live moral lives?

The Sovereignty of the People and the purpose of government is to enable the people of a nation to live in safety and happiness. Government exists for the interests of the governed, not for the governors. As Benjamin Franklin wrote, "In free governments the rulers are the servants and the people their superiors and sovereigns." The ultimate powers in a society, therefore, rest in the people themselves, and they should exercise those powers, either directly or through representatives, in every way they are competent and that is practicable.

The government does not like “Right Wing Extremist” because their views are more leading to Anarchy, rebellion and abolishment of the current form of government—keeping the government in check maintaining liberty and freedom. This is confirmed in our own Declaration of Independence and as Thomas Jefferson said,
"God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion...”
The “Left Wing Extremist’s” view is total government control. And with the Two Party System, both the Democrats and Republicans are heading to the left, a place where the founding fathers did not want us to be at.
"What country can preserve its liberties if its rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them." --Thomas Jefferson
If we want change, truly Constitutional change, we then have two options, 1) vote everyone out of public office, because they are the problem that caused the chaos that this nation is in (it’s really not Obama causing this because the President cannot make laws Constitutionally) and replace them with Founding Fathers beliefs. 2) Abolish, dissolve the current federal and state systems and replace it with Constitutional foundations of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness which the Declaration of Independence instructs the citizens (The Govern) to do.
“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
Do you want national health care? Then the government will tell you want you can eat and drink—there goes our Liberty as free independent people.
Is it your “right” to have affordable housing?
Is it your “right” to have “affordable college?”
Is it your “right” to have a good paying job?
Is it your “right” to drive a car?
Is it your “right” to have government dictate to you what you can and cannot do?
If you said yes to these questions then you want BONDAGE and not Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness and with that comes the Bill of Rights.
The current Stimulus packets that “congress” passed into law will not help the economy.

The debts will NEVER BE PAID OFF. I don’t care how many taxes the government will impose of the citizens it will ever be enough.
“100 percent of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal debt and by Federal Government contributions to transfer payments. In other words, all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services which taxpayers expect from their Government.” January 12, 1984 from the Grace Commission to President Ronald Reagan
And do you believe that this has changed over the past 25 years?
We don’t even touch the principle debt only the INTEREST!
The income tax does noting for the citizens except to keep them in fear and bondage to the federal government.
Over the past 20 years, in the Tax Freedom Movement, the federal government has denied our repeated Petitions of Redress of Grievances (to show us the law that makes individuals living and working in the United States liable to pay and file income taxes), that is guaranteed by the First Amendment, (where the courts have ruled that the government does not have to answer the people’s petitions) it has convinced this People, and the World that, that government is no longer serving the People, but have become the Master and Tyrant and is unfit to be the Ruler of a free People.
“In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.”

Therefore, whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People, it is their duty, and to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.
Again if we want change, truly Constitutional change, we then have two options, 1) vote everyone out of public office, because they are the problem that caused the chaos that this nation is in and replace them with Founding Fathers beliefs. And as I have already stated that in at least the past 20 years it is hard to convince individuals that there is no law that makes them liable of income taxes and it will be just as had to convince individuals about the truth of the founding fathers beliefs. 2) Abolish, dissolve the current federal and state systems and replace it with Constitutional foundations of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness which the Declaration of Independence instructs the citizens (The Govern) to do.
We The People can start city-by-city and state-by-state take back our beloved and bloodshed for liberty nation of yesteryear by doing one of the two options stated above. Both options are difficult to do. The second option is when option one cannot be accomplished. How long do the people wait until option two is put into action? That will be up to the people who are fighting to preserve liberty.

Thank you Mr. Rhinehart for what are revelations to me, not being politically astute. Especially the part about no actual law that we should pay taxes, if I'm understanding you correctly. Though it does concern me that people have been incarcerated for "income tax evasion". But I do so appreciate your article and think that you should probably run for political office. You'd get my vote! The Lord Bless You.
