"My son, if your heart is wise, then my heart will be glad, My inmost being will rejoice when your lips speak what is right." (Proverbs 23: 15,16)
I have learned so much about my relationship with God from my relationship with my father, and my children. As a father I know how true this proverb is. I am so happy when I see my children (yes, even adult children) show wisdom, and "speak what is right". God too delights when He sees me do likewise. Have a "wise heart" and "speak what is right" and your father will be glad, both your heavenly father and your DAD.
