I'd love to hear the melody to this song, Gertie. The lyrics touch my heart. I, too, have traveled roads that were long and dark. "I don't want to go down that road again," and I know that I never will for I have learned to separate the Voice of my Lord from all the other voices that would misdirect me in the dark. Thank you for sharing this lovely song with us.
Love this one - I would be very happy to sing this in a church service. By His power we don't have to go bak down that road again, wow!
