Encouragement

---

When shadows cloud
our troubled lives
and darkens now
the path we tread,
that fills the heart
with such sorrows
and uncertainty and dread.

Be still then, be not afraid
the truth will soon be shown
a greater power
is guiding us,
to calm and soothe
and give us peace,
for we are not alone.

Then in those dire,
and testing times
of agonies, and pain
know that the loving arms
of the Prince of Light
and Life, and Hope
will embrace us once again.
