On October 5th, 2008 three-hundred Pro-life supporters took a stand against abortion on the streets of Ashland, KY. Men, women and children of every age sang hymns as they held signs with a very powerful message...ABORTION KILLS CHILDREN. Thirty-two people from our Church set aside one hour of their time to make a difference in somebody's life. We may not ever know who that person might be, but we need to know that it was our duty to take that stand. Just a few short years ago, 1.2 MILLION unborn babies were aborted in the United States. Unbelievable isn't it? PROVERBS 24:11 says to rescue those being led away to death. How can we do that? We can rescue the unborn with our prayers, with our outreach to their distraught mothers, with our loving kindness & compassion. That's how! Thanks Cannonsburg, for your show of support!
