The heavens stretch across the sky
And clouds will change as time goes by.
The skinny clouds may grow more wide,
But in the heavens they abide.
For years and years it’s never changed
Except the way that they’re arranged.
The deep blue sky still needs the white
To bring its beauty to the light.
Without the clouds the sky would cease
To give so many strength and peace.
Like cloud and sky stand strong as one
Through years and years of storm and sun;
Now Jim and Joyce still stand for love
‘Til death brings them to God above.
