Encouragement
The spirit of gratefulness is one of the best gifts one should earnestly aspire to have, for when you have it every other thing will follow. Sometimes we tend to overlook this humble virtue may be because our expectations are not met or we didn’t deem it fit to show appreciation. It is important we recognize that gratefulness is infectious. When you show appreciation it goes a very long way to draw other favors to you. When you appreciate even a little favor shown, your benefactor will be gingered to do more. People around who heard or saw how grateful you are will commend you or even help you themselves.
Moreover, gratefulness creates a happy atmosphere for both parties. The benefactor is happy because his gestures are appreciated and the recipient is also happy because he is favored.
Our complaints cannot move God neither will our sad mood move him. Instead he is happy when we give thanks in every situation. And when we do this he will reward us with abundant blessings.
