After visiting a while
at the Windowsill of Heaven,
I can view the world with different eyes . . .

Sunrise pours into deep down
into the soul of me
and tugs at all the good that is there . . .
and I am ready to step into
a brand new day!

If all of us were small,
we would have to look up;
and looking up,
we could help but see God!

*****
Life is a race track
where upon we run blind.
A flower grows – unaware to us . . .
Teach us, Lord, how to walk . . . to wait. . .
One tiny flower can say so much!

Sunshine’s hope warms my face . . .
And others, looking back, feel only the rain . . .

*****
When I walk among the willows,
and feel them weeping -
and somewhere in the distance
hear a melody of joy from the throat
of one solitary meadowlark,
I know I have walked with God . . .

The only way To rid this life of weeds
is to take hoe in hand and start digging . . .
and after the digging, planting seeds
from which beauty grows . . .

*****
The reality of God is always present . . .
but God is only as real to me
as I will let Him be . . .

Death is but a change
in the living of man’s range . . .
