Lets break the stereotype that says men and women cannot be friends without sex being involved.Whoever said that was crazy! It's not in the bible. Why is that in relationships the opposite sex doesn't want there man or woman to associate with other men or women? Is it a jealously issue? why is it that people actually give up long life friendships to be with somebody for a short time? Then they want to come back to you and you let them. Why? Because you are a friend.Why are relationships these days so manipulative and controlling instead of more loving and caring? Why do people give 70 percent and accept the fact that they are only getting 30? Why do people stay in unhappy relationships? Is it because they feel as though they have been with that person for so long and they do not want to start over or is it because they feel that they will not find someone better? I value my male friends a lot and I know it is true that you can have male friends without having sex with them or even having an attraction to them. I challenge my friends to stray away from the stereotypes and to better yourself and your relationships. To all my male friends, I love you and to all my female friends, I love you more :)

Actually I think it's not just men and women. I think that is just a part of the fact that friendship in general is being devalued. When "Lets just be friends" is supposed to be a cliche euphemism for, "I'm not that into you but don't want to hurt your feelings", something is wrong.
