My Jesus I gaze at thy beauty!
Inexplicable, of your majesty
Thine eyes filled with compassion deep
Hands stretched with nail marks for thy sheep
Arms beheld to carry my weaknesses
O Love thy rib pierced for my wretchedness

Days ahead doubtful tread
My soul awakens at thy promises said
Thy word a solace to my wounds
Thy cross a comfort for my sicknesses since womb!
Counting all thy numerous blessings thus lead
I run to thy feet in tears of joy shed

Many a times I fell a back and lost my track
O shepherd of forgiveness and mercy never lack
Called me a worthless being to yourself again
Jesus Your love is my only gain!

Ashamed by sin, burdened by guilt
I ran to your arms for a hug and built
Ever open, Your love found and healed
I stand in awe at your beauty revealed

I give up all my dreams and wishes
Broken vows, delayed promises
To the redeemer I surrender
Devil’s plans wholly asunder

As a clay in the potter’s hand obedient stay
May Your will rule in my life's way
‘N be a part of your love
Thus in Thy beauty lost in awe.
