Poetry
Don't you worry for tomorrow,
Today has enough cares of its own,
God takes care of birds, so will He you,
You're worth much more than those.
Don't worry for food or drink,
Or what you shall put on yourself,
The good Lord will provide for you,
He will give you help.
Don't look back on yesterday,
'Cause you can't change the past,
All you can do is repent and move on,
Yesterday's sorrows will never last.
Don't live in yesterday,
That's how the devil gets his way,
Just look into your future,
And live life for today.
Today may be all that we have,
So live life to the full,
Witness, pray, and thank the Lord,
For not being a fool.
You're not a fool if you've asked Jesus,
Into your own heart,
And when you have asked Him in,
He'll never depart.
He'll never leave or forsake you,
And I know this is true,
Because He's always been right by my side,
I know He'll be there for you.
If there should ever come a day,
You stumble and you fall,
He'll be right there to pick you up,
He is our All in All.
