I walk along the path,
wandering from one start to the other
hoping someday I will reach the finish
where the answers will unfold.
Then I will understand
all that I have gathered
throughout my journey.
When discouraged,
I will look to the sky
seeking your assistance.
Once again,
you’ll lead me to a new beginning.
When I get weak
you lift me,
showing me the way
to my faith.
I follow in the footprints
you have laid down for me.
Sometimes I may go astray,
in these times
I have learned to pray,
Leading me to my pathway.
