Christmas, Easter, Sunday Morn.
Monday, Friday, when we're born.
Time don't wait, but time does warn,
today's Gods favorite day.

Tuesday, Thursday, making plans.
Wednesday tries to hold their hands,
while Saturday just understands,
today's Gods favorite day.

So trust the Lord with each new dawn,
tomorrow's not worth countin' on
and yesterday is past and gone,
today's Gods favorite day.
