You've no excuse on Judgment Day,
can't say you never heard,
about the love God gave for you,
It's written in His Word.

For there's just too many witnesses,
with loving, faithful hearts;
sharing how God's only Son,
has healed their broken parts.

They share how their relationship,
has freed them from their sin
and how they're saved and sanctified,
by faith, believing Him.

So there's no excuse on Judgment Day,
to kneel before the throne
and claim you would have just believed,
if only you had known.

Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he
will appear a second time not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.
