Last night I had a frightening dream
That woke me in a sweat
I was kneeling at the throne of God
With a past, I’d soon regret

A past that opened up my heart,
To the worse thing I had done,
I ignored the blood of Christ
Gods one and only Son

Then as I got my promised end
I could plainly see
Every sinner on their way
To share this end with me,

But right before I hit the flames
A blessing, Heaven sent,
I woke up with another chance
Lord Jesus, I Repent!

Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; obey it, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you.
