Will you let me take your hand and guide your weary feet

To a glorious majestic place where treasures line the street

Can I take you to a place where angelic beings roam

And mansions made of custom gold is what you call your home

Will you skip along beside me or maybe even weep

When you see the blinding light inside that touched your heart so deep

But if you’re busy I’ll understand, maybe another day

Don’t worry nothing’s changed, I’ll love you anyway

I’ll try again tomorrow, I’ll be knocking on your heart

I am the author and finisher of everything I start
