Sovereign
God is sovereign in His majestic glory
His presence fills His creation,
Lest man loses sight of obvious truth
Of His overwhelming presence
Very heavens' proclaim His might and power
From rising of sun to place where it sets
Man is constantly reminded of grace prevailing
That is grace that speaks wisdom's declaration,
Man is because God so desires,
Man is created to glorify His creator
Man keeps seeking resolution until he finds God
Only then is he at peace
No alternative exists

I can only echo Katherine's comments. This is lovely and wise, simply profound. It reaches the only conclusion... that there is no alernative answer to man's quest for peace. Well done.
I like how you make your case for peace and then remind us that there is no other plan. "No alternative exists" "Oh, Lord, to whom shall we go. You have the words of eternal life."
