IN DUE SEASON

My heart is heavy, yet I feel,
The peace of God so very near,
So many ills,
So much pain,
But God in due season sends us healing rains,
When in our deepest sorrow and despair,
Know that our God is everywhere,
He is there to ease the broken heart,
To give us peace in the painful parts,
He sends his angels one by one,
To help us through the day,
He gives us strength to carry on,
When we kneel and pray,
His grace is sufficient,
To meet our needs,
It gives us peace of mind,
His grace is filled with love and care,
It helps us exhale and unwind,
God sees each and every need,
And touches us one by one,
Jesus gave his life for us,
Christ Jesus, God's only Son,
God is touched by what we feel,
Every sorrow, every pain,
The heavens are open wide to us,
God is sending healing rains,
The Breath of God is coming fast,
Open up and let Him in,
He breathes the breath of life on us,
To God we can feel it deep within,
To God we give our burdens,
Our aches, and all our concerns,
We stand yielded, our hearts opened,
For more of God we yearn,
Give us strength to stand and fight,
Give us the desire to pray in the night
Increase our faith and our love for You,
For God there is nothing that you can't do.
