Oh, afflicted and tempest tossed
Why do you wander as one who is lost?

Bemused to the point of being confused
Your mind persists to subjugate in obsolete rules

Why do you wander as one who is lost?

Often you have heard My Voice in the deep of the night
Often you have sensed My Presence in your fearful fright
Often I have calmed all your woes
Often I have rescued you from such foes

Be therefore quiet
Be thoughtful instead
Be serene in diligence to what has been said

For My Presence is found not in the raging storms
For My Presence is found not in the blustering winds
My Presence is found in the Still Quiet Voice that arises from deep within
