Somewhere In The Meadows
Somewhere in the meadows
Children smile
At the rainbow in the sky
And at the doves flying high.
Somewhere in the meadows
Children laugh
At the deer that prance
While the daisies dance.
Somewhere in the meadows
Children play
With beautiful butterflies…
A special surprise.
Our Shepherd watches over
His trusting children
Surrounding them in love
That cradles them from above.
Fairest Lord Jesus
Smiles upon
All His children -
And there will be more
Laughter and singing
For all eternity
In His golden meadows
Upon which we shall trod.
