Silent Dance

Thank you my Father who cast out my fear,
Holding me fast in Love all your own,
So gentle the voice that holds me so near,
Whispering softly, �You are not alone.�

Oh prison of darkness clouding my face,
Chains of sin I can no longer bear,
How powerfully strong and swift the embrace,
As the flood of forgiveness flows there.

The tears of my years in agony gleaned,
Overwhelmed in the rivers of shame,
Forgiven, accepted, loved and redeemed,
How my voice longs to sing out Your name!

Silent, I dance, �til Love�s music imparts,
Winged angels rise up and rejoice,
As slowly I dance to the beat of His heart
And all nature lifts up with one voice.

Somewhere so near, His voice gently calling,
Calling the child that He knows the best,
In Him is no stammer, stumble or falling,
Deeply within His strong, loving breast.

Deep in the darkness He is beside me,
Deep in the ocean�s wild furthest bed,
Here are His arms to lift and to hold me,
Here are His hands that would cradle my head.

See Silence dance that You made your daughter,
You lovingly hold within Your embrace,
Hear her sing now, voice fluid as water,
For Love wrought her joy by mercy and Grace.

See Silence dancing free in the meadows,
Hear Silence sing o�er Love�s silver sea,
Here are no walls and no casting shadows,
Silence is dancing for You set her free.

Thank you my Father nothing may sever
The seal of Thy Love claimed unto me,
That Silence may sing in the dance forever,
Giving the glory and praise unto Thee.
