Even though this 'cup' was given,
You will still receive glory
You are worthy and praised forever!
The pain lets me know your pain.
The strain shows me 'again'
What your purpose is,
I lay myself down
Realizing you want to give me a crown
When I see your face!
This 'cup' that I carry is heavy.
This forces me to drop to the ground,
As I look around I see my Saviour
Ready to take on my burden and be my strength
So that I can go the extra length!
I start to decrease
So that He can increase and my life
Can be a written piece when God will
Receive all glory
This is now a cup that makes me look up and
Say,"Come Lord Jesus..."
