Do you really know?

Do you really know the one sitting next to you?
Do you see her heart broken in two?

Do you really know the one singing in the other pew?
Do you know his life is out of control too?

Do you really know the young girl in the front row?
Do you know that her parents hit her so?

Do you really know the one to whom you say "hello?"
Do you know there's a lot about them, they hope you never know?

Do you really know the boy who always sits in the back?
Do you know that his cupboard is in much lack?

Do you really know the Body at all?
Do you know that beside you there is one hurting no matter how small?

Do you really care to know?
Do you really want Christ's love to show?

Do you know there is something you can do?
"Do unto others, as you'd have them do unto you…"

God has given us a job to do, get to know one another too.
It's no simple task, but we must ask
Do we really know??
