Encouragement
Good morning! After staying up fairly late last night and posting 'Who Are You? Selah', I had a very nice rest and woke early. I was outside before sunrise and the birds were singing, the air was crisp, and it is already a beautiful day today!
I came to my e-mail and found that Mom sent me something with a picture in it. I have tons of e-mail to catch up on as I've been flooded with things that demanded my attention the last couple of weeks. But when I noticed she'd sent something with a picture, I decided to open my most recent e-mail rather than the one that's been waiting on me the longest.
She sent me the most adorable little green, fuzzy creature. Ever seen one of those dogs with all those wrinkles... you know, the ones that are so ugly they're cute? The only reason I'm even sharing the message with you is that it was cute, cute and I got myself an opportunity to claim a blessing from it... and you can too, if that's what you want to do. (OH, HOW I WISH I HAD ENOUGH COMPUTER SAVVY TO PUT A PICTURE ON THIS PAGE SO YOU COULD SEE IT!) And all any of us has to do is be willing to accept and to claim it.
The message that came with that so-ugly-he's-cute creature was:
I have entered the snapdragon part of my life.
Part of me has snapped...........
and the rest of me is draggin.....
Friends, WE are not snapdragons! We're MORNING GLORIES! :::smile::: And if we claim divine health, it is ours! Amen? Well, I'm saying amen for myself anyway. So amen! And divine youth is ours! Amen? AMEN! The Word does say that our youth is "RENEWED" ... that we can mount up with wings as eagles! Oh, you just claim whatever you wish for yourself, but I personally claim renewed and divine youth, health, strength, endurance, and the ability to SOAR! Amen!
As cute as my mother's e-mail to me happened to be, I believe it was simply God's fantastic sense of humor encouraging me, lifting me up, and giving me the opportunity to claim the energy to catch up on things that I've gotten behind on and one of my first experiences with letting my "batteries be fully charged." :::smile::: (Sorry, but you'd have to have read the article I posted last night to catch that pun.)
Hey, let's quit all the snappin' and draggin' and start shining like the GOD'S PEOPLE that we are! Claim your divine health! Claim your divine youth! And claim that glorious Light within you that makes you a Morning Glory too! Bless you! Be blessed!

I snapped and I'm draggin, huh? Too cute! I'm happy your mothers message encouraged you, it's amazing what God will use to touch our lives in the way we need our lives to be touched, thank you for sharing your blessing.
This makes me feel like a Morning Glory. I appreciate your encouragement. Thanks Treava

I feel like a snapdragon, but in faith, I'm a morning glory and can mount up with wings as an eagle. Thanks for the lighthearted blessing!
