Raise Them Young to be Strong for God!
Those new converts, precious saints just saved, and baptized, and those already saved but just joining your church, and especially all children, should be given special time and attention to be taught the sincere milk of God's word and prayer that they may grow on a solid foundation and be strong and established in Christ Jesus. 1 Peter 2:2.Set aside a special day and time of the week to teach them. This is the time they are spiritually tender, eager and hungry for God. Don't miss this opportunity to shape them for greatness in commitment and dedication for God. Many Christians have been saved for years but are still spiritually aloof, carnal, proud, stubborn and lethargic because the pastor, shepherd and leaders wouldn't take special time and attention to raise them early to be strong, dedicated saints for God.Train new converts in Christ while they are spiritually young enough to learn. If you don't, you are helping them hinder their spiritual walk. Proverbs 19:18.

Get them sold out on TARGET EVANGELISM, emphasizing intensive INTERCESSION ensures EFFECTIVE INTERACTION. Teach them and they will grow faster and highly productive bringing multitudes into God's Kingdom.

Proverbs 22.6.
Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.

Their hearts are tender and pliable at this time and spiritual stage. After a while they will become too hardened to mold or shape otherwise. Get to work on them. They are eager to learn. If you handle them properly and effectively now, they will continue to be pliable, teachable, obedient, committed, daring and of fire for god as mighty men and women of god a few years down the road!They're closely watching the way you serve god, whether fervently and honestly or weakly and craftily, and that's how they will turn out. Ask the lord to help you to be a Christ-like example.We're to make disciples of Jesus Christ and not just believers. Disciples raise believers and influence them into becoming disciples, disciplined followers of Jesus Christ, by their committed, dedicated, obedient and Christ-like character.

Ask the Lord of the harvest, the Holy Spirit, for wisdom, boldness and a divine plan to train these precious people He has brought to you and He, the Lord will be too delighted to show you and guide you. And as you're faithful in caring for the few or present people He has given to you, He will entrust you with a greater congregation bursting out with divine vim, vitality, zeal, zest and authority to take your Nation and the Nations of the world by divine storm, in the name of Jesus Christ. Glory to God.

1 Peter 5:2-4.
Care for the flock that God has entrusted to you. Watch over it willingly, not grudgingly—not for what you will get out of it, but because you are eager to serve God. 3 Don’t lord it over the people assigned to your care, but lead them by your own good example. 4 And when the Great Shepherd appears, you will receive a crown of never-ending glory and honor.
