SEND LABORERS OUT FROM YOUR CHURCH.
Jesus said to his disciples, “The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.” Matthew 9:37,38.

Target Evangelism, if consistently taught, would enable any congregation of 3, 50, 900 or thousands of people to multiply astronomically and be spiritually grounded, stable and mature in no time. But first, you God's servant and representative need to study the principle and get passionate about it, because your precious people will never be sold out, committed and passionate about anything God promises us until they see the passion and draw it out of your spirit. God's Word requires that you train, build and help them become ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Every believer is a minister through the ministry of every minister. Target Evangelism is the most basic and foundational way to help them move systematically from spiritual spectators to participators, from young, self centered believers to mature, service oriented believers, the pathway to effective ministry.

Ephesians 4:11,12.
Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do the work of the ministry (primarily evangelism and discipleship) and build up the church, the body of Christ.

Ministry is people oriented and dealing with people with the love of God is basic. There is no great, stable and powerful ministry without a passionate love of God for people. Target Evangelism incorporates learning the principles of evangelism and the practice of evangelism introducing discipleship as the people are sent out. The most effective teaching methods.

RELEASE INCARCERATED MINISTERS.
Many believers, and particularly ministers are in spiritual incarceration, locked away by the powers of darkness, deprived of their glorious calling and place in God's Kingdom. Millions of Christians are in that position and the Kingdom of God is suffering the consequences of weak spiritual impact on humanity and little impact on the devil's relentless attacks in the form of the gates of hell against the Church. Every church should be spiritually sensitive to understand and identify those in this dangerous spiritual position and let us be radically, spiritually violent during our private and also corporate meetings to break believers free in the name of Jesus Christ.

The madman of Gadara (the Gerasene demoniac) Mark 5:1–20, Luke 8:26–39, and Matthew 8:28–34 tearing himself with stones and delivered by Jesus Christ was an evangelist of 10 great cities, locked up by the devil in insanity and out to kill him. We must help our beloved brethren in our intercession.

Let's release our beloved brethren locked up and incarcerated, pursuing selfish dreams and goals other than their primary calling in God's vineyard, the most important assignment in Heaven and earth and also acknowledged by hell.

Let's wake up the sleeping spiritual giants in the body of Christ and get them back into the harvest field to boost the global, mega revival already gaining great momentum in the name of Jesus Christ.
