TARGET EVANGELISM, EMPOWERED BY TARGET INTERCESSION AND SPIRITUAL WARFARE.
I trust you and your precious family and ministry are doing great. I thought I should share this with you in respect of the very important need to engage your congregation in effective and continuous evangelism. Your precious people must be endowed and blessed with the passion you have for the lost. That divine grace, burden and responsibility must be imparted to them, that when they leave your presence in Church, they go into Target Evangelism mode, but never without Target intercession and spiritual warfare. Doing that, ministers to the spiritual and physical needs of the targeted unbelievers through interceding for them so they are broken free from the blinding bondage of Satan the god of this world, and from the ultimate sin of unbelief.

2 Corinthians 4:3,4.
But if our gospel be hidden, it is hidden to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

In the process, believers are enjoined to ask and expect a more sure word of prophecy, a salt seasoned personal Word from God for the targeted unbeliever (God is always ready and quick to share His SPECIFIC and very PERSONAL love message to any sinners). That alone dramatically increases the confidence and faith of the believer in sharing that Word, knowing it would never return void, because it's a direct Word from God according to Isaiah 55:8-11. Many believers fail and eventually get frustrated, cold feet, discouraged and give up, because they're told to simply go out and share the gospel without being SENT WITH A WORD. That is what I call SPONTANEOUS EVANGELISM, and unless initiated by the Holy Spirit Himself, which doesn't happen all the time, it hardly makes the appropriate impact.

However, with TARGET EVANGELISM, adequate preparation, praying and obedience to the prompting and urging of the Holy Spirit are required. This brings the believer in close, cordial walk, partnership and relationship with the Holy Spirit. Nothing expedites the growth, maturity and confidence of the believer like helping and motivating them in this divine responsibility. Making disciples starts here. Like every effective and highly productive minister of the Gospel, believers must be taught to be intentional, deliberate and diligent in their preparation, praying and attack against the kingdom of darkness for the deliverance of the unbeliever from that dark kingdom into the glorious Kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

CORPORATE INTERCESSION.
Acts 4:24,25,31.
When they heard this, they raised their voices together in prayer to God. “Sovereign Lord,” they said, “you made the heavens and the earth and the sea, and everything in them. You spoke by the Holy Spirit through the mouth of your servant, our father David:
“‘Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain?
And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.

Corporate prayer and intercession, QUOTING, DECLARING GOD'S PROMISES, OR BASED ON GOD'S INFALLIBLE PROMISES Hebrews 6:17-20, teaches your congregation to master private prayer and intercession. After your message in every service, make your people intercede FIRST FOR OTHERS, their targeted unbelievers before they say anything to them Gospel, for their spiritual needs, salvation, deliverance, financial and material blessings. Take authority over the devil and his works, REBUKE, BIND AND CAST THEM OUT, in the name of Jesus Christ. Many believers would prefer dealing with their challenges FIRST, but Jesus tells us that when we put God's Kingdom, or others first for the benefit of advancing God's Kingdom, answering our prayers will be FAST, EASY and CERTAIN. So get them excited in praying for the needs of others first, then bring their petitions and needs before the Lord NEXT,

Matthew 6:31-34.
So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But SEEK or PRAY FIRST his kingdom (others) and his righteousness (Christlike walk with others and God), and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. (Effective Prayer heals worrying, anxiety, stress, fear and failure. Philippians 4:6,7)

1 Timothy 2:1-4.
I urge, then, FIRST OF ALL, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

Simple obedience to this spiritual principle will make a great positive change at the rate at which prayers are answers among God's precious people. Nothing stirs up revival like answered prayers. Suddenly, everyone wants to serve God, live righteously, give generously, serve others selflessly, pray more! God loves people passionately, we're His only contact to them. Let's follow God's way of getting their needs and our needs met speedily and completely.

Then work toward having mid week prayer meetings and Bible Study. Tell the Lord about it and watch out for opportunities because as you do these diligently and faithfully, a mega revival is breaking forth through your ministry very, very soon

I can never over emphasize the need for a vibrant, fervent, forceful and highly faithful intercessory minister and ministry activities, working in harmony with your powerful preaching and teaching ministry, even though you know and engage in intercession. You need spiritual specialists, experts or professionals around you in order to accomplish monumental results in your ministry. I assure you that you have every single one of them already in your ministry with the potentials waiting to be groomed and released into their anointed offices, positions and places in your ministry.

Seek the Lord with fasting to reveal this to you, just as our Lord Jesus spent an entire night in prayer, just to choose His 12 disciples. God has a great, glorious destiny for you in the body of Christ, don't sell yourself short through unbelief, low self esteem or fear, but boldly go for it trusting in God's Word with all your heart and never depending on your own understanding. However, don't walk and work alone, use a team of gifted people around you. Needless to say, raise faithful, forceful, fervent disciples. Ask the Lord for the best and every single one of them. Raise your team through the help and leading of the Holy Spirit. God will be delighted to help you do this. Go for it in the name of Jesus Christ.
