All Things - 2

We recently considered that glorious assurance in Romans 8 about God working all things together for good.
In the light of that fact, what the apostle Paul tells the Ephesian Christians about ‘all things’ is completely logical.
“Giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Ephesians 5:20. NKJV

Therefore when someone bumps your chair in the café and you spill your coffee it is Biblically logical to say, ‘Thank you, Lord!’
You’re enjoying sitting out in your peaceful garden and a neighbour starts playing some loud jazz, ‘Thank you, Lord!’

‘All things’ means ‘All things’!
Try doing it. You’ll be surprised at what sometimes happens!
“Giving thanks always for all things.”
