Born into chaos, yet destined to rise,
Through trial and tempest beneath stormy skies.
A child once wandering, longing for peace,
Found solace in faith, where burdens release.

Great-Grandmother's love, a sheltering light,
Guided my steps through the loneliest night.
From small hands grasping at life’s fleeting thread,
To strength in my Savior whose blood was shed.

Through Mary Graham's halls, where my hope grew thin,
And battles of youth fought out and within,
Grace held me steady, though trials were steep,
The Shepherd was watching; my soul He’d keep.

The Marine’s forge tempered my stubborn will,
Though mountains rose high, His strength ever still.
Dreams of Hollywood have faded to dust,
But God called me higher, in Him to trust.

A preacher now,  a sure voice on the street,
I carry His truth to all that I meet.
My story of struggle, resilience, strife,
Is written in grace, the song of my life.
