THE FAITHFUL LEADERS!
We experience some holy knocks in life, so we would understand the need to SEEK FIRST God's Kingdom before seeking for life's goodies. But, this is the direct opposite of today's typical Christians and the world at large. How do we convince them otherwise? Some times, the burden becomes too heavy to bear!
Ministers spend scanty time with God and so all they give to God's people is chaff, glamorous, entertaining messages that leave the people only happy and "clappy" (nothing wrong with that), but empty, with no Christian character and power to change and light up this dark world! What a great responsibility to be a minister! How dare we lead God's precious sheep astray!
Where are God's faithful, selfless servants? The Holy Spirit must help us! If the leaders are selfish, carnal and stubborn, must we expected better followers? How fervently could one pray about this except in tongues, all day, all night and all week! But I see a glorious new dawn of faithful leaders everywhere. Hallelujah!
NEVER STOP GROWING!
Our new birth in Christ is the greatest privilege as CHILDREN OF GOD. Cuddled and pampered by the Holy Spirit, we cry or hunger for the MILK of the Word of God. 1Peter 2:2,3.
Putting behind us spiritual immaturity, we grow further, becoming SONS OF GOD, who are disciplined and led by the Holy Spirit, now mature and advanced in our knowledge and practice of the MEAT of the Word of God, knowing right from wrong. Hebrews 5:11-14.
Effective leadership is selfless service! We MUST desire to become SERVANTS OR MINISTERS OF GOD. Being God's qualified employees, ambassadors and ordained representatives who have kept themselves pure, spiritually trained and fit for the Master's special, regular use. 1Timothy 3:1-13; 2Timothy 2:15-26.
Finally, the SLAVES OF GOD AND JESUS CHRIST. These have lost their rights, ask for no rewards and are ready to go wherever, say or do whatever, to whoever as our MASTER JESUS demands, even unto death! 1Corinthians 9:11-26.
NOW, ITS TIME TO ASPIRE HIGHER. Hallelujah!
