We All Come From Broken Roads

We all come from broken roads, hardship, pain, struggles, We have all carried upon our backs, these heavy loads, Because all have traveled down these broken roads. We all, each of us, have a story, that we could stand up to share, and give God alone, the glory, for all the times and places, He has met us with His presence surrounding us, right there, and for how He has ever been the One to care. Because we all come from broken roads. May the children of this loving God, not one of us, ever loose sight, of where Jesus has brought us from, nor where He has carried us to, Because we must always remember, that we all need Him, we all need Him to rescue, For we are still just as desperate now, as we were back then, for the guiding hand of this gentle, Good Shepherd, to lead us, to love and care for us, because we can do nothing, we are nothing without Him. Let us always remember where and how far The Good Shepherd, That loving Bishop of our souls, has brought us, and how He came to where we were, with great care, He sought us, He knew there was no other greater way, to prove so infinite His love, than for God to bring down the Son from above, for Him to leave and give up all, that we might have a chance to be saved from an awful fall, and then to shine one last time from an old rugged cross, did it all for even you and I, and now we have gained everything in Him, only because of Him, By His death and living again, we have nothing to count as loss. We all come from broken roads. We all have scars, we all have struggles, we all have obstacles that seem bigger than us, that we think we must handle them all on our own, but before long, they become way too many to juggle. We all have pain, we all are human, on these broken roads, we have driven, we all have sin, we all need to be forgiven. We all come from broken roads. And thankfully, There is One, strong enough to help bear our loads, He says, Come boldly to my throne of grace, cast your cares, down before my face, no need to hide, my arms are always opened wide, come before me, I will always plead your case, I am not afraid when Satan raises up His ugly face, and says, Look! Look at what they have done! I say to him, Hands off! That is my daughter! That is my son! And they all come from broken roads, but I am there to help carry their loads. Satan, You still do not know me well, Go back where your home is, Go back to Hell! Jesus knows what it is like to walk these same broken roads, He is ever touched by the feelings of what we face, when life has broken your heart, remember, Sufficient for us is His awesome grace, He will never turn away His face. These broken roads are not the end, remember where He has carried you from, never loose sight of them, friend, and when the rising of Heaven’s brilliant light, from The Son, finally hits every face on that amazing day, we will fully know in complete amazement, who led us all the way, Jesus, The only One. But for now, We all come from broken roads. …Jesus, Please Help us to remember always your love and grace that has brought us from where we were, to where we are today, and which also is leading us into a place of abundant perfection and peace, and love, with no more night, no darkness, no evil therein, but where you, the Lamb of God who was slain for us, will be the light in that city, and you will be the greatest sight to see when we arrive, and look upon your face, finally at home, in Heaven. 1 Corinthians 6:11 (KJV), 1 Peter 2:9 (KJV), 1 Peter 2:25 (KJV)
