When Jesus went into the city of Nain with many of His disciples, a large crowd accompanied them.
Near the city gate a dead man was being carried out. He was the only son of his widowed mother.
She also was accompanied by a large crowd.
When Jesus saw her, he had compassion on her and told her not to weep.
Then he touched the open coffin, and said, ‘Young man, I say to you, arise.’
Immediately, the dead young man sat up and began to speak.
Immediately the two crowds were united in amazement at what Jesus had done! ‘God has visited His people!’ they said.

How much today’s crowds need to see God visit his people!
