Your mercy is beyond compare;
None other will we ever find.
When man deserves all his despair
You reveal a heart that is kind.

You give your best to set men free.
You gave your own Son for our sin.
Such love is a great mystery.
Mercy like this has never been.

CHORUS

Each morning your mercies are new;
By your grace they fall like the dew.
Throughout the day they continue.
Your mercies are ever in view.

Like sheep we often go astray;
We wonder away from your path.
We ought to some penalty pay,
But you show us mercy, not wrath.

Oh Lord how can we thank you more
For never forsaking your love.
In mercy you ever restore;
For ever we'll praise you above.
