Promises He’s Given

My hope in him I’m sure to follow
Favor none, but Christ alone
Seek in Him, those promises known

His promise of light will appear
THere is no other who leads the way
His path I’ll follow, never to stray

My delight in Him, never to part
Promises in Him, I’ll never forget
My faithful Lord, in Him, I’ll rest

Ever so mindful, His loving presence
His abiding power, like storm winds gale
His strength, will guide my sail

I’ll walk in Jesus, to rest each day
His path is narrow, but His course I’ll stay
I’ll rest in Him, no doubt or delay

My hope increase, for things unseen
Abiding, in the Father’s right hand above
His promise given, not questioning His love
