The Ressurection Road
Part 2: The Court

Matthew 26:64

“Jesus replied, “You have said it. And in the future you will see the Son of Man seated in the place of power at God’s right hand and coming on the clouds of heaven.”

“Jesus replied.” Jesus broke the silence, Mommas. He did not defend Himself by calling upon all the witnesses He taught, healed, and witnessed. He stated the truth. “You have said it,” says Jesus. As in, yes, He is the Son of God. He says it more clearly in Mark 14:62, “I Am...”

Jesus furthered His explanation by saying that one day He would be judging on the day He was seated at God’s right hand.

Now, Jesus knew what His answer would bring upon Him, as it was all a part of God’s plan still. His answer gave Caiaphas precisely what He needed to place charges on Jesus for blasphemy.

Mommas, join us tomorrow to discover our next occurrence in the courts. Please pray with me:

Dear Heavenly Father, help us remember Jesus’s desire to continue doing God’s Will. Give us the courage to follow the Will He has in store for each of us as well...Amen.
